Job summary

Elwood Staffing is seeking a competitive, field-based sales professional to grow our staffing services in the Light Industrial, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Logistics sectors. Territory includes Troy and surrounding areas, with a base salary of $50k–$55k per year plus a monthly uncapped commission plan.

You will prospect, network, and build client relationships, presenting tailored workforce solutions and driving the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within your local market.
• Build client relationships through in-person meetings and follow-up.
• Present customized workforce solutions to prospective clients.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting through closing.
• Travel locally throughout the week (60–70% travel locally, not remote/hybrid role).
