Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services in Irvine, California, seeks a Business Development Manager to lead sales and customer service for a local financial institution. You will develop consumer and business banking relationships, grow deposits, and manage an expanding portfolio while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient with MS Office.

• Achieve deposit, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth goals while maintaining regulatory and policy compliance.
• Perform all duties in accordance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and applicable banking laws and regulations.

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a Southern California-based Financial Institution seeking a Sales Manager to support the overall management and performance of their Irvine Branch. The Sales Manager will provide strong sales and customer service leadership, and possess a deep understanding of the local market.
