Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of staffing industry sales experience or related business development experience.
• Proven track record of developing new business and growing client relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel locally on a daily basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, developing new business, and driving market growth.

Business Development Manager Job Summary:

• Pay: $66,000 - $83,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Office-based with approximately 60-70% field time
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve market growth objectives
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and prospecting activities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying workforce solutions
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and discovery discussions
• Negotiate pricing and service agreements while maintaining profitability goals
