Job Responsibilities:
Proactively develop and expand overseas FTE (Full-time Equivalent) clients, explore potential project cooperation opportunities, and promote the signing and implementation of FTE service projects.
Be responsible for the whole process of client contract negotiation, drafting, review and tracking, ensuring the rationality of terms, compliance with regulations and smooth progress of signing.
Maintain in-depth communication and stable cooperative relations with existing CDMO clients, regularly conduct client visits and demand follow-up, assist in completing contract renewal and business expansion.
Real-time track and analyze changes in client business needs, service expectations and industry dynamics, and provide timely and effective feedback to internal teams to support service optimization and project adjustment.
Collaborate with internal departments including R&D, project management, quality control and customer service to coordinate client communication, demand docking and problem solving, ensuring efficient and stable operation of overseas FTE business.
Complete business targets assigned by the company, and regularly report business development progress, client status and project implementation.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Major in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Medicinal Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering or other related fields.
2+ years of relevant working experience in business development, client expansion or project sales in the pharmaceutical, chemical, CRO/CDMO or related industries; with successful client development and project landing cases is preferred.
Excellent business negotiation skills, communication skills and client development capabilities; able to independently complete the whole process from client outreach to project closing.
Strong ability to work under pressure, proactive working attitude, high sense of responsibility and professionalism, and good teamwork spirit.
