Must be a US Citizen, must live close to Baltimore City as this is an in-office Mon-Fri role.

This is a great opportunity for a driven salesperson who enjoys building relationships, educating property owners and turning conversations into long-term clients. Must have a high motor, strong work ethic and ability to make 50 calls per day to potential customers.

The ideal candidate:

• Isn’t afraid of the phone, this is a high-volume role averaging 50 calls per day, primarily to existing leads. Must be be comfortable with this required volume of calls
• Is comfortable meeting clients in person, touring properties and finalizing deals
• Has a high motor and thrives in a fast-paced, KPI-driven sales environment
• Is highly self-directed and capable of managing a dynamic sales pipeline
• Is comfortable selling services directly to consumers in a B2C environment
• In-office Mon-Friday, unless you have scheduled in-field meetings
