Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, clients, and community organizations
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to support company growth
• Conduct outreach through in-person visits, phone calls, networking events, and presentations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business development relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and partners
• Track outreach activity, leads, and partnership performance using CRM tools
• Represent Solero at community events, meetings, and industry functions
• Provide market insights and feedback to leadership to support strategic planning

Solero Behavioral Transitions in Youngstown offers a safe, structured environment for adults managing substance use and mental health challenges. As a dual diagnosis outpatient program , we provide integrated treatment for individuals with primary substance use or mental health disorders. Our services include individual and group therapy, case management, and life skills training, designed to support long-term recovery and community reintegration.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels at building connections, identifying growth opportunities, and representing the company in the local business community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, clients, and community organizations
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to support company growth

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
