Job summary

Klarna is seeking a Business Development Associate/Manager for Klarna Audiences in New York. You will drive the commercial side of the off-site commerce media product, selling to brands and agencies across managed-service and self-service offers.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience selling commerce media, retail media, programmatic, or ad-data solutions.
• Established agency relationships at major holding companies (Dentsu, IPG, Publicis, Havas, GroupM, Omnicom).
• Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising, DSPs/SSPs/PMPs, identity, clean rooms, and measurement.
• Proven track record pitching to and closing CMOs, VP Programmatic, and VP Media.
• Independent operator who builds pitches, writes decks, and closes deals without support.

Responsibilities

• Drive the commercial side of Klarna Audiences, selling to brands and agencies across managed-service and self-service offers.
• Convert existing pipeline relationships into paying customers and be Klarna's voice in industry conversations.
• Collaborate with DSP/SSP partners, shaping pricing, packaging, and roadmap decisions with Product.
• Represent Klarna at industry events and conferences and sharpen sales materials and case studies.
