Job summary

Verve Behavioral Health is seeking a business development professional to expand referrals and admissions across an assigned territory. The role is full-time and field-based, with travel required and title/level determined by experience.

Positions range from representative to director, with responsibilities including building relationships with hospitals, EAPs, and health systems, and meeting growth targets while adhering to confidentiality regulations.

Qualifications

• Representative level requires ~1 year in sales/BD/healthcare.
• Director level requires 5+ years with growth targets.
• CRM experience with Dazos or Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources in assigned territory.
• Serve as liaison between referral sources and clinical team.
• Represent Verve at events and marketing activities.
• Plans and participates in marketing events to build brand awareness and referrals.
• Meets weekly key performance indicators and tracks contacts in CRM.
• Owns referral and admission targets and strives to exceed them.
• Develops territory and outreach strategy to grow referrals and admissions.
• Supports alumni program development and strategic partnerships.
• Ensures compliance with confidentiality regulations.
