Universal Health Services is seeking a National Business Development Representative in Texas to connect our treatment center with referral sources and expand community partnerships. The role requires travel across multiple states within the territory, building relationships and scheduling quality appointments.

You will work with the Director of Business Development and team to present a professional image and drive growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, behavioral health or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Three years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Knowledge of the behavioral health marketplace, insurance plans, target markets and referral sources; proficiency in marketing and sales principles.

Responsabilidades

• Act as liaison between the facility and referral sources.
• Implement service-oriented action plans responsive to referral source needs.
• Travel to assigned territories with pre-arranged quality appointments.
• Represent the facility professionally within the community.
