Job description

Business Development Executive – Microsoft CSP Program

About the job: The BDE for the Microsoft CSP Program must be located in the United States. This role is a base plus commission pay structure.

Responsibilities
  • Strategize, plan, and execute business development sales plans. Engage with Sogeti's Technology leaders and solutions experts to deliver cutting edge solutions to clients.
  • Expand Sogeti's portfolio of solutions and professional services across the US, leveraging partner and marketing channels.
  • Initiate new client relationships and help build rapport and solution definitions.
  • Support Partner and Marketing campaigns by qualifying new leads and facilitating offering conversations with technology partners.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, inside sales, marketing and divisional delivery teams.
Qualifications
  • Minimum education qualification: A bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
  • Prior experience with Microsoft’s Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Program and a general understanding of cloud licensing and partner programs.
  • Sales internship or other sales industry experience, with a working understanding of basic selling principles.
  • Understanding data and analytics or general IT Services landscape.
  • Business development experience. Able to open new accounts.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to learn on the fly.
  • Ability to research and quickly understand client’s business to apply solutions.
  • Must be able to visit clients and travel some.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is 75,000-85,000.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
