Business Development Executive - APAC (IT Staffing)

We are a small and growing IT services and Contingent Staffing firm based in New Jersey, USA, serving Fortune 2000 clients and US government agencies. We seek a senior business development executive with extensive experience in market research, digital marketing, cold calling, and sales presentations to expand into the APAC (Asia Pacific) region.

Target Market

• Asia Pacific (Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, etc.)

Location

• 100% remote (anywhere in APAC countries)

Compensation

• Competitive base salary + recurring commissions on closed accounts (uncapped commissions)

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in IT services business development within the APAC region, including email marketing, social media marketing, cold calling, and sales presentations
• Proven track record of closing medium to large accounts with multi-million dollar revenues in APAC
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and ability to engage with all organizational levels
• Strong listening skills to understand client pain points and tailor our services accordingly

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on target industries and client accounts within the APAC Fortune 5000, focusing on fast-growing sectors
• Identify key decision-makers in each target account, such as hiring managers, procurement managers, vendor managers, HR, MSPs, CIOs, and directors
• Engage with decision-makers via email, social media, and cold calls to introduce our services
• Generate leads and convert initial contacts into successful sales meetings
• Create compelling sales presentations and keep sales collateral updated with current business metrics
• Collaborate with senior leaders to strategize and conduct sales meetings with C-suite executives
• Support ongoing sales and account management efforts to expand relationships within closed accounts
