Reporting To: Business Development Manager / Sales Head


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify and engage with Key Business Owners. The candidate will be responsible for conducting in-person business meetings, building relationships with potential clients, and bringing in new business opportunities to help drive company growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily field visits to meet business owners in designated Industrial Areas in & around Delhi NCR
  • Schedule and execute one-on-one business meetings with potential clients.
  • Present the company's products/services effectively and convincingly.
  • Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into business deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and client interactions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Proven experience in field sales in Delhi NCR
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confidence in meeting business owners and decision-makers face-to-face.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Knowledge of local industrial areas is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel daily within assigned territory.
