Job description

This remote position involves a mix of prospecting new clients and nurturing existing relationships by selling Information Technology Outsourcing Services to new and current Capgemini Financial Services customers.

The role primarily focuses on selling services related to cloud migration, data center transformation, end-user services, and cybersecurity portfolio offerings.

The position offers an aggressive Sales Commission Plan designed to reward top performers.

Responsibilities :
  • Develop deep relationships and high levels of trust with targeted Financial Services customers and prospects.
  • Utilize knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to craft compelling value propositions.
  • Collaborate with diverse sales teams to prepare and deliver winning proposals.
  • Manage a sales pipeline targeting an €8-10 million sales quota.
Primary Qualifications :
  • Over 5 years of sales experience in IT integration, outsourcing, or project services.
  • Experience with consultative sales approaches, analyzing client challenges, and communicating ROI and TCO to CXO-level management.
Additional Qualifications :
  • Comfortable engaging with C-suite executives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
