Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities, supporting outreach campaigns, and ensuring our CRM and pipeline are continuously refreshed with high-value prospects. Your daily work will directly support Carlton Packaging’s mission to become the most recognized and desirable packaging solutions provider across North America.

Key Objectives & KPIs

• 8 qualified sales meetings booked per week
• 10 new leads added to the CRM system each week
• Maintain complete and clean CRM data.
• Support and enhance brand awareness of Carlton Packaging and its product lines across the market

Qualifications & Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or telemarketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems
• Strong research and administrative skills with attention to detail
• Confident in making outbound calls and speaking with business decision-makers
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
