This fully remote role is supported by an Atlanta-based team and requires at least 25% or more travel to client sites for business development efforts.

What You'll Do:
  1. Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals ($250K+ average deal size).
  2. Exceed revenue quotas through value-based solution selling.
  3. Manage multiple opportunities while coordinating internal resources across various sales stages.
  4. Expand market presence by identifying new opportunities and growing existing accounts.
  5. Build and nurture client relationships through strategic networking and engagement.
  6. Serve as a thought leader in AI, data, and analytics—guiding clients through complex challenges.
  7. Partner with delivery teams to craft tailored, high-impact solutions.
  8. Engage with C-suite executives, addressing their most critical business needs.
  9. Leverage CRM insights to track sales performance, refine forecasts, and enhance pipeline visibility.
  10. Foster a high-performance, entrepreneurial sales culture.
What You'll Bring:
  1. 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing professional services role.
  2. 3+ years of success selling data, analytics, and AI consulting services.
  3. Proven track record managing the full sales process—qualification, needs analysis, presentation, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  4. Strategic deal-making expertise and consultative selling skills.
  5. Hands-on problem solver with a "get it done" mindset—ready to tackle challenges and drive results.
  6. Strong work ethic and a commitment to going the extra mile.
  7. Curiosity and a lifelong love of learning, staying ahead of industry trends.
  8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
