Our Business Development Executives execute an account-based go-to-market strategy, connect with prospects, and develop new business and opportunities for the field sales team and pipeline growth. This role offers a great start for a career in field sales. Business Development Executives generate qualified opportunities through campaigns, events, social selling, and prospecting activities, understanding prospects’ business needs while conveying the Logility value proposition.

Position Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in technology roles related to business development or inside/outside sales
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Supply Chain industry
  • Self-driven, personable, outgoing, helpful, and capable of initiating engaging conversations
  • Highly disciplined with the ability to work effectively from a remote/work-from-home setting
  • Proven track record of developing a strong sales pipeline
  • Strong understanding and application of the Challenger Methodology
  • Identify with the profile of a Relationship Builder & Challenger
  • Ability to work independently and creatively without specific guidance
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft, or others)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Quarterly travel may be required
