Park Vista Care Community in Youngstown, OH is seeking a Marketing Director to lead referral development, drive occupancy, and partner with clinical teams to smooth admissions.

You will represent Park Vista at events, manage campaigns, analyze metrics, and mentor staff while ensuring exceptional service for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of respiratory marketing experience required.
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, assisted living communities, and other healthcare partners.
• Drive occupancy growth through strategic marketing and business development efforts.
• Coordinate with admissions and clinical teams to facilitate smooth resident transitions.
• Represent Park Vista at community events, networking functions, and healthcare meetings.
• Conduct facility tours for prospective residents and families.
• Track referral activity, admissions trends, and marketing performance metrics.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Ensure exceptional customer service for residents, families, and referral sources.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 Salary/year

Travel Percentage: Up to 50%

The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships, increasing facility census, coordinating admissions activities, and serving as a key ambassador for Park Vista within the healthcare community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, assisted living communities, and other healthcare partners.
