Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP seeks a Business Development Coordinator to drive marketing and business development projects for the TMT SBU. You will work with the BDMC team and attorneys to advance opportunities and improve visibility across markets.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in marketing or related field with 2–4 years’ experience, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency. Hybrid/remote options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field or commensurate experience.
• 2–4 years’ prior work experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to proofread pitches and collateral.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-project handling skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel; familiarity with research tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BDMC colleagues to support cross-functional initiatives.
• Assist in assembling pitches, presentations, and client-facing materials.
• Proofread marketing collateral for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Maintain data in business development databases and assist ROI tracking.
• Coordinate with teams to plan events, webinars, and outreach.
