The Farmers Insurance Alabama District Office - Shon Messer in Hoover, AL is seeking a Full-Time Business Development Coordinator to support the sales team, identify new customer opportunities, develop sales strategies, and promote our products and services.

Ideal candidates bring experience in marketing, business operations, sales, or telemarketing, with strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills, and a drive to grow into agency ownership.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Alabama Property & Casualty license (License Assisted Provided)
• Must obtain Alabama Life & Health license (License Assisted Provided)

Responsibilities

• Work directly with an experienced Farmers Agent to learn day-to-day agency operations
• Help clients with various types of insurance needs, including quotes and policy support
• Learn the basics of agency management, sales, and marketing
• Follow a clear development path that can lead to agency ownership
