Our Opportunity

We have an opportunity for a Business Development Coordinator to join our Global Business Development team, providing support for Disputes practice areas, as well as office support as needed.

Working closely with the Business Development Managers (BDM), the BD Coordinator will support the coordination of business development and marketing activities including proposals, development of marketing collateral, case/experience tracking and reporting, directory submissions, awards & accolades, digital marketing, events, presentations, client research, and other related activities.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Providing support for RFP and proposals and other client-focused revenue growth opportunities.
  • Managing and tracking pitch and proposal activity for the practices.
  • Updating relevant practice matter tracking databases.
  • Assisting with the tracking and management of submissions, directories, awards, distinctions, and surveys.
  • Serving as a point person for production of advertising and marketing material supply needs.
  • Collaborating with Practice Group BDMs on marketing material development and distribution.
  • Managing mailing lists with legal secretaries and the digital marketing team.
  • Assisting with business development budgets and reporting.
  • Coordinating onboarding materials for new laterals.
  • Supporting firm events, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
  • Assisting with presentations and materials preparation.
  • Preparing detailed client research in collaboration with the Research Team.

Our Requirements

Associates' degree and at least two years of marketing experience in a professional/law firm or trade association. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and webinar tools. Excellent organizational and communication skills, and ability to work well in a team environment.
