Grace Technologies, Inc is hiring for a remote Business Development Coordinator for our East Region. The ideal candidate will be in the metro area of Detroit, Pittsburgh, or Cleveland.

What You’ll Do
- Drive leads from tradeshows and events utilizing CRM system (HubSpot) by executing outbound calls, emails, and text messaging campaigns.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to enhance lead engagement and outreach.
- Work with customers to assess their needs, engineer solutions, and explain product offerings.
- Own opportunities and action items throughout the sales pipeline and engage manufacturing representatives and distributors to drive action through the sales pipeline.
- Schedule and deliver engaging sales presentations, product demonstrations, and application engineering in-person or through online tools.
- Experiment and innovate new ways to engage customers and drive sales.
- Regular travel through sales territory to visit sales channels and customers, up to 25-50% annually.
- Represent Grace Technologies and engage with customers and vendors at trade shows and other events. Participation in the annual Rockwell Automation Fair is required.
- Conduct manufacturer representative and distributor product and sales training.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales, service, and technical issues as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
- Education generally equivalent to a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a technical field.
- 2+ years of experience in industrial sales, inside or outside sales.
- Valid US Driver’s license.
- High-level understanding of industry-related terms and standards.
- Good time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Strong analytical and technical competency.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
