Harnham in New York City is hiring a Business Development Recruitment Consultant. You will drive growth by winning new clients, building a personal portfolio, and sourcing candidates in the data & analytics market. You will own the recruitment process end-to-end and work toward revenue targets.

Location: New York City - Financial District (Manhattan)

Compensation

• $52,000 combined base + uncapped commission + bonuses + incentives
• Clear, structured promotion pathway

Realistic Earnings

• Year 1: $70-80k
• Year 2: $85-100k
• Year 3: $125k+
