About the Role:

As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for targeting new business opportunities while also managing and expanding existing client relationships. This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the healthcare staffing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new healthcare clients (hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and health tech companies).
  • Client Expansion: Strengthen relationships with existing accounts to increase service adoption and long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate leads, set meetings, and close deals.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs to position MedOp Solutions effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure client needs are met with high-quality staffing solutions.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain an up-to-date pipeline in CRM, tracking progress toward sales goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-6 years of business development, sales, or account management experience (preferably in healthcare staffing, recruitment, or overall B2B sales).
  • Strong hunter mentality with a track record of acquiring new business and growing accounts.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify client pain points and position MedOp’s solutions effectively.
  • Highly organized, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed targets.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus.
