Job Title: Organizational Strategy Senior Consultant

Location: Remote - Chicago, IL

Duration: 7 Months (likely full-time or very close to full-time)

Job Description:

Position can be 100% remote but would highly prefer someone local to the Chicago area for onsite business-critical meetings. Remote candidates should be comfortable traveling to Chicago as needed.

Duration: Until the end of the year, with hours potentially reducing towards part-time as projects conclude.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Influence the organization to balance market share, growth, profitability, and efficiency to create long-term shareholder value.
2. Identify issues, clarify strategic choices, and influence organizational direction.
3. Proactively bring insights and ideas.
4. Lead initiatives across the business.
5. Deliver results impacting client success.
