Artemis Talent Group in Fairfax, VA is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to fuel growth for our home services client. The role blends strategic outreach, events, and relationship-building with local businesses, agents, and property managers to expand market presence.

You'll manage CRM-driven outreach, attend networking events, coordinate community and charitable efforts, and ensure exceptional client service, including after-hours support as needed.

Formación

• Proven history in sales, especially in home services.
• Familiarity with SEO and social media to engage clients.
• Enthusiasm for planning and executing community engagement events.
• Ability to track performance metrics and keep the team informed.
• Comfort with CRM software and willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through B2B interactions, organized events, and outreach efforts.
• Keep an organized CRM and schedule regular visits to businesses.
• Attend networking events to promote the brand and connect with local businesses.
• Plan and execute community and charitable events.
• Research local trade shows and manage the setup of the booth to spotlight the brand.
• Be ready to support client emergencies, offering top-notch service outside of normal business hours.
• Tackle issues head-on and propose solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
