Serra Auto Campus in Michigan is seeking a full-time Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to engage with guests and schedule vehicle maintenance and repair appointments while delivering excellent customer service.

You will communicate via phone, email, and text, follow up on leads, maintain records, and collaborate with service advisors to optimize scheduling. This role offers base pay plus monthly commissions and opportunities for training and career growth.

• Schedule service appointments for maintenance and repair needs
• Communicate with guests via phone, email, and text
• Follow up on inbound and outbound leads to ensure timely booking
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments
• Collaborate with service advisors and management to optimize scheduling efficiency
• Route Sales inquiry calls to the appropriate department

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Rotating Saturday shifts
