Compensation: Commission-only (10-15%); OTE $60,000 - $120,000

As we continue to grow and scale, we're looking for passionate dog lovers who are also driven sales professionals to join our team as Dog Training Enrollment Specialists. If you're someone who enjoys helping people and pets while excelling in a dynamic sales environment, this role may be the perfect fit for you!

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business to Business Market Development:
  • Drive revenue growth through self-initiated prospecting
  • Own full-cycle outbound lead generation efforts
  • Lead Conversion: Engage with potential clients (dog owners) seeking behavioral training solutions for their pets. Convert qualified leads provided by Sam Ivy K-9 Consultants into paying clients by effectively communicating the value of our 7-week training program
  • Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and concerns of each client, and offer tailored solutions to address their specific dog training challenges
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing follow-up, ongoing support, and guidance throughout their journey with Sam Ivy K-9 Consultants
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals through persistence, passion for helping others, and an authentic love for dogs.

    Requirements

    • Dog Enthusiasts: A genuine love for dogs and a strong desire to help pet owners improve their relationship with their pets
    • Sales Expertise: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably remotely. Strong ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
    • Excellent Communicators: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients over the phone and online
    • Self-Motivated Professionals: Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and thrive in a remote work environment
    • Tech-Savvy Individuals: Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems to manage leads and track sales progress
    • Collaborative: Willing to work with our team of expert coaches to ensure a seamless transition
