Our current service offerings include bin-to-curb trash valet, junk removal, pre/post-stay inspections, maintenance inspections, and property setups. What you'll do:

  • Market Expansion: Travel to new markets and temporarily relocate to establish Fido’s presence, signing up new customers and laying the groundwork for long-term success.
  • Lead Generation: Conduct daily outbound activity to connect with decision-makers for vacation rental properties, corporate housing companies, and co-living communities.
  • Customer Acquisition: Handle inbound leads, act as a subject matter expert for our services, and convert leads into customers.
  • Industry Engagement: Get immersed in the industry by attending meetups, hosting customers for social events, and occasionally traveling to conferences.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Close deals while working closely with the executive team to align with Fido’s long-term vision.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

What success looks like:

  • Market Launch Success: Successfully establish Fido’s presence in new markets, consistently signing up new customers.
  • Consistent Performance: Implement strategies to maintain a strong funnel of potential customers, regularly surpassing quotas for conversions and other KPIs.
  • Relationship Building: Become the face of Fido in new regions, building strong relationships with key players in the vacation rental space.
  • Continuous Improvement: Innovate and optimize outbound activities to refine our sales approach and drive growth.

Who we're looking for:

The ideal candidate is a motivated, sales-oriented individual who loves the excitement of launching new markets and building relationships from the ground up. You should be willing to travel frequently and temporarily relocate as needed. We offer a highly lucrative, uncapped commission structure with a $40,000 base salary and a minimum OTE of $63,000. The right person can realistically make well beyond that. Commissions are paid out monthly.
