About the Position
Pond is seeking an experiencedBusiness Development Manager to drive strategic growth in the chemical manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate brings both a strong book of business and a proven track record in process-driven sales within an AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Management) firm. This individual will play a critical role in expanding our footprint across the United States by identifying and converting high-value opportunities with industrial and chemical manufacturing clients. Thisis a high-impact role for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership, market directors, and technical teams to position Pond’s full range of AEC capabilities to meet complex client needs.
