Role Description

Butler Title is seeking both full-time and part-time Business Development Associates to expand its market presence in various markets throughout the State of Florida. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for establishing Butler Title's brand awareness in its assigned region and selling title insurance and closing services. Successful candidates will prospect for new referral partners (real estate agents and mortgage brokers, primarily), through various forms of outreach and in-person networking, tracking all sales activity in our CRM, represent Butler Title at local industry events, host presentations and educational events with/for our referral partners.

Butler Title offers industry-leading compensation structures tailored to the background and experience of each associate. While title insurance sales experience is not a requirement, preference will be given to candidates with industry background, established sales track record, and portable book of business.
