As a Business Development Associate (BDA) you’ll dive into the heart of solving shipping dilemmas with Lojistic’s cutting-edge, cost-saving automation and analytics platform. Your mission is to be a detective and a guide rolled into one: discover the challenges prospective clients face in shipping, and lead them toward our innovative solutions. Your daily adventure includes scouting for new business, nurturing budding relationships, and when the stars align, connecting prospects with an Account Executive who'll take them further down the path to shipping enlightenment. ·Relevant industry experience (e.g. logistics, supply chain, 3PL, TMS)

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

·Creating and maintaining a “cookbook” that defines critical daily actions for success

·Leveraging sales tools such as Salesforce and Gong to help you achieve your quota

·Creative outbound prospecting that leverages email, video, phone and text

·Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly metrics (behaviors, meetings set, qualified leads, etc)

·Increasing knowledge of buying personas and what pain points are important to each

·Maintaining knowledge of industry news that impacts prospective clients

·In-the-moment coaching and weekly one-on-ones with the Director of Sales

·Team huddles to celebrate wins and share learnings
