Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

A leading Investment firm is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Business Development Associate on their Investor Relations team. This role will follow a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential institutional and insurance clients; initiate outreach and schedule meetings
• Assist senior team members in developing new business opportunities
• Support ongoing client engagement by maintaining relationships and facilitating communication
• Prepare for client meetings, follow-ups, and reporting; assist with investor roadshows and events
• Identify key industry conferences and networking opportunities; coordinate event participation and follow-up
• Track outreach efforts and results in CRM systems
• Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Legal/Compliance, and Marketing to ensure alignment with regulatory standards
• Stay informed on compliance and regulatory topics affecting client communications
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in business development, investor relations, or client services within asset management or financial services
• Preferred experience or understanding of insurance clients and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive self-starter with strong organizational abilities
