We’re working with a global leader in advanced automation and technology solutions to recruit a Business Development Analyst to join their high-impact M&A and Growth team.

Reporting directly to the Head of BD & M&A, you’ll play a vital role in supporting strategic transactions and integrations; delivering data-driven insights that help shape key business decisions.

What you’ll do:

• Collate, analyse, and present market, financial, and operational data
• Provide insights to inform M&A evaluations, integrations, and broader growth strategies
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and market expansion

What we’re looking for:

• 1-4 years’ experience in an analytical role (business development, finance, consulting, corporate development, marketing analytics, or data analytics)
• Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to turn data into strategic insight
• Background in industrial or tech manufacturing preferred
• Based in the Boston area (hybrid/remote possible, but must be local)
• Engineering degree a plus, but not required
