Job summary

Quantum Strides LLC is seeking aB2B Business Developer to drive revenue for AI-driven workplace and facilities management solutions. You will pursue opportunities in real estate, facilities management, and enterprise software sectors, and partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams.

The role focuses on selling AI-powered IWMS and related enterprise software, building long-term client relationships, and negotiating contracts with a US market focus.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development or sales of facilities management or workplace management solutions, AI/chatbots, or related enterprise solutions (US market).
Strong understanding of facility management, real estate operations, and enterprise AI applications.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
