Job summary

Nature’s Way is seeking a Business Customer Care Representative II in Green Bay, WI, to provide front-line support across multiple channels and manage relationships with customers. You’ll serve as a subject matter expert for key applications and processes and participate in onboarding, scheduling, and training of new hires.

The role involves process improvement tasks, including writing, presenting, and training on new and revised processes, plus supporting administrative duties for the Business

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to problem-solve and think critically.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate an advanced understanding of SAP order processing, SAP Cloud for Customer, and Contact Center software.
• Support the Business and Integrative Customer Care teams through auditing, reporting, scheduling, and other projects.
• Provide onboarding, refresher, and cross-training for teams as needed.
• Responsible for portions of onboarding, scheduling, and training of new hires and maintaining training tools.
• Educate on new features and tips for applications and tools.
