Job summary

Business Compliance & Quality is seeking an USA - Operations Analyst I in Raleigh, NC to join the QARA-supporting team. You will help with compliance remediation, audit readiness, and documentation control to ensure adherence to procedures.

This role requires a bachelor's degree and experience in compliance, quality review, or regulated processes, plus solid Excel skills. You will collaborate across teams and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Our client, Business Compliance & Quality is seeking a USA - Operations Analyst I to join their team. As a USA - Operations Analyst I, you will be part of the Business organization supporting Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs (QARA).

Responsibilities

• Support business compliance remediation and audit readiness by conducting standard reviews of submitted compliance documentation to confirm adherence to internal procedures and documentation standards.
• Review and validate project documentation, installation records, product-related documentation, training records, and supporting materials to ensure completeness, accuracy, and readiness for submission to QARA or business review processes.
• Partner with QARA to prepare for internal and external audits by confirming records, training evidence, process documentation, and supporting materials are complete, organized, and current.
• Maintain and update compliance-related records, checklists, process documents, meeting notes, action logs, and supporting documentation to strengthen documentation control.
• Identify documentation gaps, process risks, control deficiencies, or compliance concerns, then coordinate follow-up actions through closure with the appropriate business owners while providing visibility on progress and open items.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality, Compliance, Operations, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience supporting business compliance, quality review, project operations, audit readiness, documentation control, or regulated business processes.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review records for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, sorting & filtering data, and creating pivot tables, to organize information and support reporting needs.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, strong organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities and tight timelines while working across multiple teams.
