Job summary

Cube Hub Inc. seeks a Business Compliance Specialist to support remediation, audit readiness, and documentation quality. You will ensure records, training evidence, and process documents are complete, accurate, and audit-ready, working closely with QARA and cross-functional teams.

This on-site role in Raleigh, NC requires meticulous documentation, strong organizational skills, and proactive follow-up to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality, Compliance, Operations, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in business compliance, quality review, audit readiness, documentation control, project operations, or regulated processes.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Raleigh, NC, 5 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Review compliance documents, project/installation records, product documentation, and training records for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform compliance control checks and ensure adherence to internal procedures and regulatory expectations.
• Partner with QARA on internal/external audit preparation and audit evidence.
• Maintain compliance records, checklists, action logs, process documents, and supporting materials.
• Identify documentation gaps, process risks, and control deficiencies and track corrective actions through closure.
• Support change management, work instructions, checklists, and training-material updates.
• Provide reporting on compliance reviews, backlog remediation, open risks, documentation gaps, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Project Operations, PMs, Order Management, Commercial, Finance, Procurement, and technology teams.
