Job summary

Business Compliance & Quality is seeking an USA - Operations Analyst I in Raleigh, NC to join the QARA-supporting team. You will help with compliance remediation, audit readiness, and documentation control to ensure adherence to procedures.

This role requires a bachelor's degree and experience in compliance, quality review, or regulated processes, plus solid Excel skills. You will collaborate across teams and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• Experience in business compliance, quality review, or regulated processes.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficient Excel skills including XLOOKUP and PivotTables.
• Effective written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance remediation and audit readiness through standard reviews of documentation.
• Review and validate project records, installation, training, and supporting materials for completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with QARA to prepare for internal and external audits and ensure records are complete and current.
• Maintain and update compliance-related records, checklists, and process documents.
• Identify gaps, risks, and deficiencies and coordinate actions to closure with owners.
