Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Regional Business Center Practice Leader to drive growth for the Southeast US. You will lead pursuits, shape market strategies, and develop major client relationships while ensuring delivery quality across disciplines.

Reporting to the Regional Growth Leader, this role combines seller/doer responsibilities, P&L oversight, and cross-functional leadership. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10+ years of leadership, business development and consulting experience.
Professional registration in related field.
Travel willingness for client engagements.

Responsibilities

Achieve Business Center sales goals and grow market share.
Develop and execute market growth strategies.
Build and maintain strategic client relationships.
Lead pursuits and manage cross-regional collaborations.
Oversee opportunity pipeline and Go/No Go processes.
