Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Business Center Practice Leader to drive growth, manage key pursuits, and lead strategic client relationships across the US Southeast.

You’ll oversee market growth strategies, BD plans, and revenue forecasting while ensuring high-quality design and delivery across multiple disciplines. The role reports to the Regional Growth Leader and can be based in any office location within Stantec’s US SouthEast region, with expectations for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership, business development and consulting experience.
• Professional registration in a related field is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve organic growth targets for the Business Center.
• Lead growth through business development, key pursuits, and sales strategy.
• Develop and manage the marketing and business development plan for the Business Center including cross-selling.
• Increase Stantec’s visibility by sharing knowledge and innovation with clients.
• Oversee client relationships and ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
