Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline representative, strengthening customer relationships with prompt, exceptional service.
• Independently respond to routine inquiries and requests.
• Accurately process teller transactions including over-the-counter, night drop, courier, and mail.
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, stop payments, and online banking inquiries.
• Process wire transfer requests following procedures for domestic, international, and FX transfers.
• Assist with receiving and verifying cash.
• Understand new account opening process for business and consumer accounts.
• Perform basic account maintenance and service requests.
• Follow banking policies, internal controls, and security requirements.
• Conduct OFAC, Biz Chex, and ChexSystems inquiries as needed.
