Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years customer service experience
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with 10 key touch and basic Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to learn banking software quickly
• Professional appearance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently per policies and regulations
• Open, service and close customer accounts (CDs, money market, savings, retirement accounts)
• Balance cash drawer and assist with cash vault balancing
• Greet and build relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction
• Perform branch duties including mail handling and records logs
• Answer calls and address customer questions, escalate when needed
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security procedures
• Support CRA activities through volunteering and branch metrics
