Peoples Bank in Beachwood, OH, seeks a Regular Full Time Admin Support Supervisor to deliver exceptional client service to business clients while supporting treasury operations. The role requires strong communication, banking experience, and the ability to troubleshoot, process transfers, and coordinate with internal teams.

You will assist with ACH, wires, Positive Pay, remote deposit capture, and online banking platforms, ensuring accuracy, security, and timely responses.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of customer service, call center, or client support preferred.
• Minimum banking experience preferred.
• Experience supporting business banking or treasury products.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional phone and email support to business clients and internal partners.
• Assist clients with treasury services such as ACH, wires, Positive Pay, remote deposit capture, and online banking platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical or access issues by asking diagnostic questions and identifying solutions.
• Explain products, services, fees, and policies clearly and accurately.
• Process service requests including transfers, payments, account maintenance, and general inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or self-service tools that benefit clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance and security procedures.
• Participate in coaching, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Will perform special projects as assigned.
