The role supports Business Banking Officers by assisting with sales and service activities and actively promotes merchant service products to clients. You will assist with remote deposit capture installations, coordinate with team members, and help drive growth while maintaining

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: Previous banking experience with cash management products and familiarity with business online banking products, services, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for the effective preparation of all Business Banking documentation and servicing requirements.
• Prepare, review, and process business banking documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Support Business Banking Officers with sales and service backup, including client portfolio management and annual reviews.
• Promote and assist with merchant services and remote deposit capture installations.
• Provide professional and courteous service to clients, vendors, and internal staff.
• Performs related clerical duties as needed.
• Communicates client updates to the Vice President, Business Banking Manager, in a timely manner.
