This role requires keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and basic knowledge of loan services; the successful candidate will work closely with branches and departments to ensure accurate documentation and timely processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a financial environment is helpful.
• Basic knowledge of commercial and consumer loan services and procedures preferred.
• Attention to detail and being well organized are essential.
• Willingness to help others and good typing skills are valuable.

Responsibilities

• Handle all loans that are paid off; verify collateral is not cross-collateralized; request lender approval to release collateral; release vehicle titles, UCC filings, and Deeds of Trust when applicable.
• Amend UCC filings that have come up for continuation; verify with lender filings need updating; track filings in Premier system.
