Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• General business experience and knowledge of business credit, core products and services; understanding of industry variations.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risks and know when to escalate or handle independently.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1–$5 million; provide deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to about $500,000.
• Deliver comprehensive, customized business banking solutions tailored to client needs.
• Apply knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk to identify and promote best-fit solutions for profitability.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; follow a disciplined relationship development process.
• Identify new business clients and cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business (Wealth Management, Home Lending, Branch Teams) to connect clients to specialists.
• Support assigned branches and adhere to risk management and regulatory requirements.
