Job summary

Central Bank of St. Louis is seeking a Business Relationship & Service Coordinator in Des Peres, MO. You will partner with Commercial Lending, supporting deposit accounts, loans, cash management, and treasury services throughout the client lifecycle.

Responsibilities include servicing business clients, onboarding, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance and excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Banking, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of banking experience with exposure to business banking, commercial lending, treasury management, customer service, or relationship support.
• Experience working directly with business customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary service contact for business customers, building strong client relationships.
• Maintaining communication with commercial clients about account, loan, and treasury needs.
• Open and maintain business deposit accounts and process service requests.
• Identify customer needs and promote banking products and solutions.
• Support referrals and cross-sell to lenders and relationship managers.
