Job summary

Center Parc Credit Union is seeking a Business Relationship Specialist to support business members with payments, transfers, and account services. The role involves engaging current and prospective members to identify needs-based solutions and to open new business accounts, while maintaining compliance and delivering exceptional service.

Reporting to the Specialized and Business Services Manager, the position is full-time, hourly, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401k

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years consultative customer service in banking, financial services, or a credit union.
• Cross-selling and recommending products based on needs-based conversations with end-users.
• 10-Key calculator, typing and keying skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide business member services through dialogue and engagement with members.
• Process a variety of business member transactions including onboarding, transactions, maintenance, disputes, and escalations.
• Handle inbound calls in a call center and provide business services per guidelines.
• Respond to service and sales inquiries via email, online inquiries, calls, and referrals.
• Open new business member accounts with proper documentation and internal procedures.
