Job summary

PFCU is seeking a Business Specialist to assist the Business Lending Manager and support business members with account inquiries, product information, and service delivery. You will act as a subject matter expert across business products including ACH, treasury, and merchant services.

The role emphasizes fostering relationships, cross-selling, and coordinating with branches to ensure smooth loan processes and superior member service.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years lending or member service experience.
• A two-year degree in a related field or five years credit union experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of credit union products and services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for business account inquiries and nurture member relationships.
• Explain business account products/services including ACH, treasury and merchant services.
• Identify growth opportunities and cross-sell lending and related products.
• Gather information and prepare loan analyses for underwriting.
• Coordinate with branches and departments to support business members.
