Job summary

PFCU is seeking a Business Specialist in the Business Lending department to assist the lending team and support member relationships. The role focuses on delivering information about credit union products, handling business account inquiries, and helping drive growth through referrals and cross-selling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in member service or lending operations preferred.
• Ability to explain credit union products and services to members.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for business account inquiries via phone, delivering excellent member service.
• Serve as subject matter expert for business account products and services.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell business lending and other products.
• Support growth by following up on new accounts and referrals.
• Coordinate with branches and lending teams to deliver resources and training.
• Maintain business account portfolio and conduct reviews.
